Samsung One UI 9 (Android 17) now on Galaxy S24 and Z Fold 6
9to5Google reports the update has started rolling out to the Galaxy S24 series and older foldables in South Korea.

Samsung is expanding its One UI 9 update, based on Android 17, to the Galaxy S24 series and older foldables like the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6, according to 9to5Google.
Who's getting the update
The rollout, first reported by SamMobile, is live in South Korea for the Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra. Users who were already in the One UI 9 beta program are seeing the update first. For those users, the download is around 500MB.
The same is happening for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 in South Korea. This is the first sign that the update is moving beyond the Galaxy S26, Z Fold 7, and S25 series, which received it in September and the weeks since.
What's next
9to5Google notes this is just the start of the rollout. A broader release is likely in the coming days, both in new regions and for users who were not in the beta program.
If you have a Galaxy S24 or one of the older foldables and are in South Korea, check your settings. A wider availability is expected soon.
