Galaxy Z Fold 8 drops to $1,549, its lowest price ever

Samsung’s foldable is $350 off for Amazon Prime Day, with trade-in credits up to $815.

Just months after its launch, Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 8 has hit its lowest price yet on Amazon as part of the retailer’s Prime Big Deal Days, 9to5Google reports.

The phone normally costs $1,899 but is now $1,549. You need an Amazon Prime membership to get the deal, though a free trial works. This beats the previous best price of $1,599 that Samsung.com offered, and unlike that deal, this one lets you stack trade-in offers.

Also on sale: Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra

Samsung’s larger foldable, the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra, is also $400 off, dropping to $1,699. Both phones are eligible for up to $815 in trade-in credits.

If you have a recent phone to trade in, this is the best price we’ve seen for either model. The discount alone is substantial, and the trade-in bonus makes it an even better time to buy if you were already waiting for a deal.
