iOS 27.2 Beta 3 Out, Health App Redesign Inside
Apple released the third developer beta of iOS 27.2 on Tuesday, adding a revamped Health app and new Siri languages.
Apple seeded the third developer beta of iOS 27.2 today, two weeks after the second beta, MacRumors reports. A corresponding iPadOS 27.2 beta also arrived.
Registered developers can install it at Settings › General › Software Update, then select the iOS 27 developer beta.
What’s new
iOS 27.2 introduces a redesigned Health app with new Insight and Longevity tabs. It also adds Siri AI in additional languages. MacRumors has a full feature guide.
Why the jump
Apple skipping a 27.1 beta for 27.2 was unexpected, given the company plans to ship the iPhone Duo running iOS 27.1. MacRumors suggests Apple wants to keep some Duo features under wraps longer.
The iPhone Duo launches Oct. 23. Apple previously said the new Siri AI languages would arrive in October, so iOS 27.2 likely ships shortly after the Duo’s release.
