Amazon's October Prime Day sale includes the Apple Watch SE 3 at a new low price, according to The Verge. The 40mm GPS-only model costs $199, matching the best price ever recorded. The 44mm GPS version is $229. For shoppers who want cellular connectivity, the 40mm is $249 and the 44mm is $279.

The Verge's earlier review of the smartwatch highlighted several upgrades over previous budget models. The SE 3 adds an always-on display, a wrist-temperature sensor, a faster processor and fast charging. It also supports wrist flick and double tap gestures, 5G connectivity and on-board Siri.

The Verge says the watch, released in late 2025, brought the core features that had accumulated on higher-end Apple Watches down to a lower price point. They recommend it for most buyers who want an Apple Watch without paying for the pricier models.
